Lyndsay began her career within Big 4 Audit before collecting 16 years of recruitment experience across global and boutique firms in Manchester and Sydney. She has operated as a Managing Director, bringing a hands-on approach and extensive expertise in technical assignment delivery, relationship development, account management, staff development and strategy with her to the company.
As a Partner, Lyndsay enjoys an entrepreneurial role in our Finance, Operations & Business Support practice that she co-founded. Her client portfolio sits across private equity and venture capital funds together with asset management, advisory and investment banking. She specifically conducts senior level appointments with a focus on Chief Operating Officers, for which she draws on her experience working across operational areas including client service, reporting, business management, support and investor relations.
