Exclusive career opportunity with a mature boutique non-bank mortgage specialist within the residential and commercial loan channels. Supporting two directors and playing an integral role within the executive committee you will take ownership for all operational activities and strategic development through a period of significant expansion and transformation.

Critical senior appointment with extensive stakeholder engagement and change management. You will be directly responsible for:

  • Project managing development and implementation of new LMS technology platform
  • Building operational infrastructure to facilitate entry to the term securitisation markets
  • Operationalising all new product and product enhancements
  • Integration of technology for enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Building and enhancing strategic partnerships (including financers, brokers and other distribution channel partners), with a particular focus on building trust and credibility through the quality of systems, processes and customer experience
  • Fostering an enterprising, collegiate and disciplined culture which makes for a great working environment and helps attract high quality talent as business continues to expand

To succeed with your application, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification – Finance or IT, MBA highly-regarded
  • Significant industry experience in finance and or non-bank lending businesses in operations, technology, strategy or managerial roles
  • Experience in high-growth environment and system implementation
  • Proven ability to scale a lending business
  • Business and resource planning
  • Passionate about delivering operational best practice
  • Self-direction, high-curiosity and ownership
  • Team-oriented, collegiate and collaborative approach
  • Future-focused and innovative, with the ability to anticipate and manage change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Board reporting experience
