This front of house role positions you at the forefront of this high performing business. Crucial to the first impressions of clients this is a pivotal role in the admin team. This team pride themselves on being collaborative, non hierarchical and all focused on achieving the same goals. Turnover is extremely low in this great culture!

About the role:
Based on the front desk you will perform all the duties expected of a five star receptionist and more. There is scope to develop and build on your skillset to interact fully with the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Front desk
• Based on the front desk you will meet and greet all internal and external visitors
• Managing all meeting rooms, working with an internal booking system
• Making teas and coffees and ensuring all rooms are stocked with water and snacks

Office Management
• Making sure the stationery cupboard is fully stocked and ordering as necessary
• Ensuring the kitchen is kept tidy and stocked. Dishwasher and coffee machine responsibilities.
• Liaising with building maintenance with any facilities issues
• Liaising with external suppliers such as plant, recycling etc.

General Administration
• Support to the two Executive Assistants

Key skills, attributes and characteristics
• Be meticulous in your work with a high level of attention to detail and timely delivery
• High-level organisational skills with a capacity to manage multiple demands
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-start and self-manage.
